The Rouge sale begins on Saturday 21st June. Every item (excluding silver jewellery) has been reduced in price, we hope to see you soon!

Returns Policy

Please be aware that while full price items can be exchanged up to 14 days after purchase, sale items can only be exchanged 7 days after purchase.

Buying Online

Although we are not an online shop, we would like to let our customers know that should you see something you like on our website, give us a call or send us an email and we would be happy to send the item(s) to you.

Postage to the UK is a standard cost of £5.00. Should the item be unsuitable, we shall refund you if the item is returned in its original condition within 7 days. This will not include the cost of postage.

Gift Vouchers

We would like to inform our customers that gift vouchers are now available, in denominations of £5, £10, £20 and £50.

Loyalty Card

In addition to this, we have introduced a loyalty card scheme, whereby customers who spend £50 or more in one transaction will receive the card with a stamp. For every £50 the customer spends, they will receive another stamp. So, if you spend £100 in one transaction you will receive 2 stamps, and so on.

When you have received 10 stamps in total, we will give you a complimentary £50 voucher to spend in the store as you like!
